As a doctoral level trained mental health and substance abuse counselor, I am passionate about assisting clients in the healing and empowerment process. Whether it is difficulties with life's transitions or ongoing issues related to mood disorders, I utilize a holistic, intersectional approach with all of my clients to find the interventions that best suit their specific needs and strengths. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to assist individuals in living happier lives filled with purpose, meaning, and satisfaction. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Qualified Supervisor (QS) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in North Carolina as well as nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with over 10 years experience in individual and couples therapy.
